Terms of Use
The terms covering use of this site.
These terms cover the use of phxlab.org. They do not cover client engagements, which are governed by the contract signed for that work.
Who operates this site
phxlab.org is operated by Phoenix Trading Ent L.L.C, registered in the Sultanate of Oman. Phoenix Lab is its research and development practice.
Using the site
You may read, link to and quote this site with attribution. You may not use it to break the law, attempt to gain access to systems or data you are not entitled to, or submit content through our forms that is unlawful or deliberately misleading.
We may withdraw access to the forms from any source abusing them.
What the content is, and is not
Everything published here — articles, service descriptions, venture and case-study pages, and downloadable documents — is general information about how we work. It is not technical, financial, legal or regulatory advice, and it is not an offer or a commitment to deliver anything on particular terms.
Where a page describes a programme, roadmap or intended integration, that is a statement of plan rather than a completed fact. Named technologies indicate design choices, not commercial relationships. Timelines, targets and figures are objectives, not guarantees.
Blockchain and digital-asset work is subject to regulation that differs by jurisdiction and changes over time. Nothing here should be relied on as a view of what is permitted where you are.
Downloads
Documents offered here are provided for information. You may read and circulate them internally. Please do not republish them or present them as your own work.

The content, branding and design of this site belong to Phoenix Trading Ent L.L.C unless stated otherwise. Third-party names and marks referred to belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe technology.
